Monday's meeting was highlighted by our annual Order of the Arrow presentation and election. For you new Scouts, a reminder that results are not revealed until the Tap Out Ceremony at Summer Camp. Be patient. We also installed our new Senior Patrol Leader and Patrol Leaders and entrust them with leadership of our troop for the past 6 months.

If you would like to earn some cash for those camping trips or for some new hiking boots, or one them coolio tents for summer, here's your chance. Coupon books - Sell as many as you can before May 10th (when the money is due), return any unsold books by that time as well.

BTSR Campout was great from all accounts. Especially cleaning out the horse stalls!
We did have some gear left behind, which a certain Asst. Scout Master may have to do a chicken dance to get back. Pictures from the Horsemanship MB group are up on the web site.

Great Court of Honor - thanks to Ms. Edwards for planning and coordinating the event. I won't even attempt to list all of the advancements and merit badges that were recognized. Congratulations to all Scouts who have earned a merit badge or advanced a rank (or two) over the past 6 months.

This Weeks sign that the Apocalypse is upon us – Raccoons turning into Rattlesnakes! Cool patch and all.

COURT of HONOR next Monday – all parents are invited to attend to join their Scout for formal recognition of advancement. At the Family Minister Center in the Praise area. Bring food as follows: Eagle Patrol – cookies, Rattlesnakes (Raccoons) – Crackers, Panthers – Chips & Dip; Foxes – veggies, Cobras – Fruit; Adults – Drinks. Hope to see everyone there. There will be a new scout orientation, question & answer session after the Court of Honor.
